is a Consultant in Endocrinology and Bariatric Medicine with more than 25 years of experience. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornel Medicine-Qatar. He is also an Associate Director of the Bariatric Medicine Fellowship Program at HMC.
He earned his Ph.D. doctorate in internal medicine and diabetes at Tanta University, Egypt, and continued his interest in endocrinology by earning a diploma and master of endocrinology from the University of South Wales, UK.
